Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Subscription Orders — Special Terms
IMPORTANT: By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation will only take effect after your 3rd order has been processed and delivered.
How the subscription commitment works:
- You enroll in a subscription and are charged for Order 1.
- Your subscription auto-renews and you are charged for Order 2.
- Your subscription auto-renews and you are charged for Order 3.
- After Order 3 is processed, you may cancel at any time with no further charges.
Cancellation: To cancel your subscription after your 3rd order, contact us at support@pearlux.co or through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for an additional cycle.
Subscription Returns: Each individual subscription shipment is subject to the same 30-day return policy as standard orders. However, returning a subscription order does not exempt you from the minimum 3-cycle commitment — the cycle still counts toward your 3-order minimum.
Early Cancellation: If you attempt to cancel before your 3rd order has been processed, the cancellation will be scheduled and applied automatically after your 3rd order is fulfilled. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining cycles within the minimum commitment period.
This subscription commitment policy is clearly disclosed at checkout and must be acknowledged before completing a subscription purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
